Child Access Back

Access: Visitation or Access is granted when one parent is granted sole custody. The parent that has access can visit the child supervised or unsupervised, depending on the situation and specific court order. This however, does not mean that the parent having access has the right to make any decisions for the child. The parent with the sole custody is the only one who makes all the decision for the child. The visitations can have a strict schedule or flexible timings, depending on the agreement and the court order. However, access also means access to information about the child, for example, school reports, medical reports, and the child’s welfare.

At Mehta and Bansal Lawyers, we can assist you with all your questions about custody and access and help you determine the best option for your situation. Give us a call today.
